Saddle Creek’s expansion will take place on the southwest side of Poplar Avenue and West Street with the demolition of approximately 20,000 square feet of existing space in Saddle Creek South, and the addition of approximately 40,00 square feet of retail space in the area located between Saddle Creek South and Saddle Creek West, a gain of approximately 20,000 square feet of space.
The project also includes remodeled building exteriors for Saddle Creek South and West with work slated to begin early 2014. Trademark will also study ways to update the façade of Saddle Creek North.
In addition to façade updates, Trademark is implementing a new advertising campaign and updating Saddle Creek’s overall branding, including upgrades to amenities such as plazas, lighting, signage, wayfinding, as well as landscaping.
